MAJOR ACTIVITIES

  • Running a 25 bedded modern hospital with all specialties and state art technologies to provide MO4 medical facilities in backward areas.
  • Providing primary health care and maternal  child health care even in the remotest corner.
  • Providing emergency medical relief and essential food items during unforeseen calamities.
  • Arranging medical camps in the remotest villages and issuing free medicines to the poor patients.
  • Ensuring Educational,Social and Economical Betterment By:-
  • Ensuring primary education with Islamic taleem in village to village through educational centres.
  • Sinking tube-well to remove the suffering of pure and safe drinking water in the remotest areas where the people suffer for lack of watering system.
  • Granting financial assistance to the poor but meritorious students for pursuing Medical, Nursing and Engineering studies.
  • Granting financial help for poor and widows of villages for self employment. i.e. sewing machine, rice making and small shops.

In rural areas of West Bengal where people live in helpless condition of abject poverty, lack of communication, lack of medical facilities and susceptible to flood, epidemics and  natural calamities, Tahiria Trust has dedicated itself to at least get itself involved in alleviating such problems.
