Guidelines for OPD Patients

We have a well equipped air conditioned OPD Department with several chambers where highly qualified and devoted doctors of different fields from Kolkata attend regularly.  Our OPD department is open for all. Anyone can take consultation form OPD. The charges of different OPD has been kept minimum to extend the services to all classes of people.

To consult an OPD Doctor one has to follow the rules mentioned below:

  • All the patients have to make the OPD ticket in Reception just after the entrance of hospital from 8:30 a.m. to 12.00 noon. Anyone can book the OPD Ticket just previous day of doctor’s visit day over phone to our helpline No. – 9735985567/8001447995 from 3:00 p.m to 5:00 p.m.
  • At the time of making OPD ticket patient has to deposit the particular fee.
  • After making the ticket patient has on other duty. He or she has to wait for his/her turn in front of particular OPD chamber.
  • Please bring brief summary of previous treatment along with investigation reports
  • You can get trolley and wheel chair for shifting the patient from the staff present in front of hospital.
  • Special attention is paid for child, maternity and senior citizen patients.
  • Cash deposit for various investigations is also done from Reception and the duty receptionist is always ready to assist you.
  • In case of any problem please contact Hospital Manager in room No 1.

The Out-Patient services is provided through eminent doctors from Kolkata of different fields. The fees of Out Patient Department has been kept very minimum.
