About Tahiria

All kind of praise is due to Allah (Swt), the most merciful and most gracious, whose endless mercy and kindness has enabled us to establish this noble centre of service in a remote area like Kalikapur under Basirhat sub

rural-med

division of West Bengal which is backward from health, sanitary, transport system and Economical condition. After that we remember with gratitude those kind hearted, noble hearts whose heartiest co-operation and dua helped us to achieve this great & noble feat. The miserable condition of the health standards of our surroundings always hurt me.

In the meantime the message of Hazrat Mohammad (SA) for serving the ailing humanity inspired us to take this initiative. At first we started a charitable dispensary named,’Tahiria Seva Niketan’ where doctors came weekly and saw the patients and free medicines were distributed.

This work continued for nearly five years. The number of patients began to increase gradually. We observed that it was not enough for the ailing humanity. Then we planned to set up this hospital. However, after a lot of efforts the foundation was laid on 3rd June, 2003 by the great scholar and prominent social worker Hazrat Maulana Golam Mohammad Bostanvi. After two years of continuous work, the hospital came to existence.

For the pressing demand of people we had to open the hospital immediately after part completion of construction on 5th February, 2005. In the meantime Tahiria Hospital has passed its successful one decade and has been able to leave a positive mark in the field of health system of the area. The cost of all services has been kept as low as possible. All the people are invited to take benefit of services of our hospital.

We are always committed to offer you our best services. So all the kind-hearted friends are requested to come forward and extend their hands of co-operation for gradual betterment of the hospital.
